Take an active role in the tourism promotion of gastronomy and participate in well-established culinary events in the city.
Gastronomy is one of the features that best defines and represents Valencian customs and character. The Mediterranean diet provides a unique value for those who visit us.
València is much more than the birthplace of Paella: it boasts talent in the kitchen that combines tradition and avant-garde, and the best local produce from the sea and the Valencian "huerta" (fertile orchards).
VLC Gastronomy's mission is to establish criteria and lines of action to promote Valencian gastronomy and other activities linked to culinary tourism in the city of València.
