Gastronomy is one of the features that best define and represent Valencian customs and character. The Mediterranean diet is a differential value for those who visit us. Valencia is much more than the cradle of Paella: it has talent in the kitchen, which combines tradition and vanguard, and the best local product, from the sea and the Valencian orchard.
VLC Gastronomy's mission is to establish criteria and lines of action that will promote Valencian gastronomy and other activities linked to gastronomic tourism in the city of Valencia.
