Apps for tourists and professionals

Tourist APP Version 1.2 

At Visit València we have created the official APP for tourism in València available for iOS and Android devices. It is a complete guide to the city for tourists.  

In addition to all the tourist information, the APP allows you to download guides and maps of the city, the metro, bus routes, and tram lines on your mobile. It also offers the option of buying tickets for the City of Arts and Sciences, Bioparc València, booking guided tours or the tourist bus, renting bicycles... and accessing the venues directly by showing the ticket on the mobile phone. Tourists can also navigate several routes connected to Google Maps, with explanations of each of the tourist attractions that make up the route. 

They will also have access to the city's best entertainment listings, with all the information on events, festivals, exhibitions, gastronomy, festivals, and sport. 

Professional APP for access to validation of tourist products  

For all those professional companies that sell products and services via Sisventur, we have created the Sisven validate APP, an application that allows our partners to validate the presence of and access to a tourist service easily. By simply scanning the QR of the voucher, we can record whether or not the customer appears to have enjoyed the tourist service. As well as that, we can control fraud or illegal reproduction of a ticket and have specific statistics on the sale of services and the customers’ level of satisfaction with them.
