Digitalisation: Strategy and projects
Most of our products, services, supports and tourist offices are fully digitalised. Access to all venues with QR codes, without using paper tickets; downloading of guides and brochures in digital format to mobile phones so that tourists can take them with them on their trip, or the availability of the map of València and the navigable routes around the city from Google Maps, mean that our digitalisation strategy is following the desired steps.
We have also taken great strides in digital customer service, making a live chat and WhatsApp available so that our tourist information staff, as well as attending to you in person at the offices, can advise you virtually. And, in the event that they are unable to attend to you, a Chatbot will take care of it.
Travellers will also find interactive touch screens in our offices where they can search for and download information or buy and collect the València Tourist Card or make other purchases.
